The hotel boasts a great location just minutes from the main attractions, but it falls short with some hiccups. The breakfast lacked variety, and a miscommunication regarding additional charges left a bad taste. While the pool area is lovely, the service could use improvements-especially during busy times. A mixed bag for an otherwise decent stay.

We enjoyed a wonderful 5-night stay! The room had a unique design with natural touches, perfect for family comfort. The pool area was chic, great for kids after a day out. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, especially the fresh fruits. Pro tip, arrive early to enjoy it fully!

Modern and relaxing hotel with amazing location on fifth avenue that is close by. Superfriendly staff, airy twin/double room. Free parking, amazing service. Not to mention good wifi! Location so close to the centre and the beach and all the stores and restaurants and bars and restaurants inbetween. For tea or coffee visit Fruzo nearby.

It was just a fine choice for a flash visit in Playa del Carmen with great value for the money. The buffet breakfast was a nice surprise, especially the chef making fresh omelettes. Be aware the Wi-Fi is better in common areas than in rooms.
